• Transaction details required to confirm payment status, including Razorpay order and payment references.
• Reader account and access data, such as chapter progress, last read chapter, and reading reminders preference.
• Basic technical information needed to operate the service, such as IP address, browser details, and security events.

Why we collect it

We use this information to deliver the digital book, confirm payment, restore reader access, send sign-in links, support customers, and protect the service from abuse.

If you opt into reminders, we may use your email to send reading follow-ups related to the book. We do not sell your personal information.

Where the data lives

The website is hosted on Vercel. Reader and content data are stored in Supabase. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Support communication may pass through our business email systems.

Each provider handles data on our behalf so the service can function, and each has its own security and privacy practices.

Retention and access

We keep reader and transaction records for as long as needed to provide access, resolve payment or support issues, and maintain business records. We may retain limited technical logs for security and fraud prevention.

If you want to correct your email address, report an access issue, or ask about deletion, write to support@bootstraplife.in.

Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version published on this page applies to the live service.
