Refund Policy

How we review refund requests.

This policy applies to direct purchases of The Almanack of Half-Second Decisions through the Bootstrap Life reader. Because access is granted immediately after successful payment, refunds are available only for duplicate charges or unresolved technical failures that prevent access.

Refunds are considered only in these cases

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • Your payment succeeded but access was not granted, and the issue remains unresolved after support review.

How to request a refund

Write to support@bootstraplife.in within 7 days of purchase and include the purchase email, payment reference, and a clear description of the duplicate charge or access failure.

We will verify payment records and access logs before approving any refund.

Refunds are not available for

  • Change-of-mind requests.
  • Accidental purchases.
  • Requests made after access has already been provisioned and is working.
  • Issues caused by using the wrong email address once support has provided the correct recovery path.

Approved refunds

If a refund is approved, we will attempt to process it back to the original payment method. Timelines after approval depend on Razorpay, banking rails, and your payment provider.
